Booking and Cancellation
Policies:
After filling in
and submitting this reservation request, we will contact you via
e-mail or fax within 24 hours. We will provide you with your
reservation confirmation and you will be asked to provide your
credit card information to secure the reservation.
We will e-mail you
a credit card authorization form which can be faxed back to us. This
process enables us to keep your contact information and credit card
number confidential and secure.
All reservations
can be cancelled without any penalties at least 72 hours before the
time of your scheduled check-in. Cancellation requests received
sooner
than 72 hours of scheduled check-in time will incur a penalty, which
is only the rate for the first night of your stay. Once we receive
your credit card number, we will neither process nor submit it
over the World Wide Web. We will use our in-house credit card
processing machine to ensure a secure processing environment.
We assure you that
your room will be booked but it may take up to 24 hours before the
data is updated in the hotel's computer system.
We will
never share your information with any third parties or agencies.
Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with
a smooth, efficient and customized reservation experience.
